Let me introduce you to two FREE Resources below.
Firstly, who would have thought only two or three months ago, that many countries around Europe and in fact around the world would be enduring such challenges and also be living with ever increasing restrictions. Schools, colleges and universities would be closed. Students around the world, having spent their school life working towards final exams, only to have them cancelled in some countries. Many companies now closed too with staff working from home or even laid off as they learn to live under States of Emergency and restrictions in movement.
It is an Anxious and Stressful time for many people right now. Just when Mental Health was starting to be addressed, many people may well be finding the Isolation difficult to deal with. Losing that connection with Friends, Work Colleagues and Family in different homes. Key workers for the health services who are front line, unable to see their own children whilst the crisis continues. It might even be someone who lives alone, who can simply no longer see people in their local community and have a moment or two’s friendly conversation, passing the time of day because they can no longer go out.
How we experience our time right now will depend entirely on our Perception.
Some people may well find this time a challenge. A day to day struggle with how to fill their time. Experiencing Anxiety and Stress, struggling to sleep. Others see it as an opportunity to hit that reset button. To take some time out. Perhaps learn a new skill, language, musical instrument catch up with their reading list.
Here are your two resources, both of which are FREE to help you.
